What do you charge?

 

We charge a flat, hourly rate (with a one-hour minimum, then every 15-minute block afterward). In the event that we purchase hardware to be set up, we charge for full reimbursement, with no markup.  We take cash, checks, credit cards, and even Apple Pay, thanks to services provided by Square. As far as the specific numbers, please call so we can discuss what we can do that works with your budget. The call is free.

Where are you located? Do you service my neighborhood?

 

Our mailing address is 21781 Ventura Blvd., #157, Woodland Hills, CA 91364-1835. We do not take walk-ins, but we are happy to arrange to come to your home or office. It’s the best way to see how you run your equipment, in a “real world” setting. Our primary coverage area is all of Los Angeles County. We will even travel outside L.A. County, assessing a fuel surcharge for the drive.

Can I text you at your 877 number?

 

No, we cannot receive texts at that number, just voice calls. You can text us at 747.444.0205, but please don’t call us on that number; that one is dedicated strictly for sending us texts. We typically respond by phone call. Calls (to our 877 number) and emails are always the best, fastest ways of connecting with us, which we prefer over texting or messaging on social media sites like Twitter or Facebook.

I found you on Apple’s website. Do you work for them, or get compensation from them?

 

No, we neither work for Apple, nor enjoy any “profit-sharing.” We are proud members of the Apple Consultants Network.
